UTICA, N.Y. — The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) today endorsed Richard Hanna in the Republican primary election for New York’s 22nd Congressional District.
It is the political arm of the National Association of REALTORS® and New York State Association of REALTORS®. J.P. Endres, president of the New York State Association of REALTORS® cited Congressman Hanna’s hard work on housing issues during his tenure in Congress as the primary reason for their support.
“Congressman Hanna’s actions to bring jobs to the area, his work in Congress help to grow the economy, and his strong character and leadership make him the REALTORS® choice,” President Endres said.
“It is a credit to his leadership that the Central New York housing market has improved,” President Endres added. “In Congress, I have every confidence Representative Hanna will continue to stand up for homeowners and REALTORS® and ensure our voice is heard.”
“I am grateful to have the support of New York REALTORS and the small businesses they support,” Hanna said. “I look forward to continuing to work to not only accelerate our housing market recovery, but also encourage the broader economic growth that stems from a strong housing market.”
The National Association of REALTORS® was founded in 1908 and is America’s largest trade association with approximately 1.1 million members.
