UTICA, N.Y. — A statement issued by Congressman Richard Hanna on the President’s visit to Albany on Tuesday, May 8, 2012.

“It’s always a privilege to welcome the President to upstate New York. I’m pleased that President Obama recognizes the potential for high-tech jobs in our region offered by great colleges coupled with our strong workforce. Unfortunately, plans to attract a high-tech manufacturer in the Mohawk Valley are being stymied by bureaucratic red tape.
